Covering everything from engaging the business, to defining an implementing digital roadmaps and engaging with emerging technologies and practices DITS can really help any individual in a strategic role to drive the business forward.

This course is one of 3 required to achieve the 'ITIL4® - Strategic Leader' qualification. ITIL4 Foundation and ITIL4 Strategist - Direct, Plan and Improve are also required. Alternatively, holders of the ITIL4 Managing Professional qualification can take this course and achieve ITIL4 Digital Leader status as well.
