Quanta Achieves FTG Gold Partner Status

Quanta News 5th Feb

We’re thrilled to share that Quanta Training has been awarded FTG Gold Partner status at this year’s FTG (Forces Transition Group) Awards. This is a fantastic recognition of our commitment to supporting service leavers as they navigate life beyond the Armed Forces.

Awards Evening

The awards night itself was an inspiring occasion. Special guests included Jason Fox (Foxy) from SAS: Who Dares Wins and Brian Wood MC. Brian was awarded the Military Cross for his extraordinary bravery and leadership during the Battle of Danny Boy in Iraq.

About Forces Transition Group

Transition is never easy, and it’s why FTG play such an important role in guiding service leavers into their next chapter. Their work, from Online Job Fairs and CV‑writing support to networking guides and community connections, helps individuals move from uncertainty to purpose with confidence.

Quanta is proud to stand alongside FTG in that mission.

Many service leavers begin their journey in what FTG call the “Sleepwalker” mindset — unsure of their direction or next steps. Together, FTG  help transform that into “The Hunter” mentality: purposeful, focused, and ready to pursue new opportunities with clarity and drive. This mindset drives long‑term success, and we’re honoured to help create that transformation.

Gold Partner Status

Our Gold Partner recognition was based on strong performance across the following key areas:

  • Attendance and engagement at FTG events
  •  Social value delivered to employers
  • Social value delivered to the wider community
  • Ongoing communication and engagement activity

This award reflects our dedication to helping service leavers realise their potential. In addition the award reflects the impact our partnership with FTG continues to make. We’re grateful to FTG for the recognition, and to the service leaver community for trusting us to be part of their journey.

‘This is more than just a partnership, this is about futures, changing lives, and companies are integral to this’ – John, Forces Transition Partnership
