Forces Training FAQ’s

Simply give one of our ELC Advisors a call on 0800 018 0076 (Option 5) or fill out our Contact form and we will be able to help you to build a bespoke course package reflective of your needs. Popular courses include PRINCE2, APM PMQ, Agile, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, MoR4, MSP and CompTIA.

We prefer to see ourselves as your training and/or resettlement partner giving you the best possible start to a successful future.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a variety of dates and locations so will try to accommodate moving course dates where possible. Please note if you cancel within 10 working days of the course start date you will still be charged for the course in full. If you cancel 11 – 20 working days before the course you will be charged 40% of the course fee. Cancelling greater than 20 working days before the course incurs no fee.

Quanta must receive the CAN form and the delegate contribution 4 weeks before the start of the course. Please email to mod@quanta.co.uk

Payments can be made by debit/credit card (we do not accept American Express currently) by contacting the Accounts team on 0800 018 3975 with your details.

Most courses now have online pre-course materials through our Quanta Learn portal. Login details will be emailed to you on completion of your booking. Some courses will also send you a book 3 to 4 weeks prior to the start of the course before the course. If you require it any sooner please let us know and we will try and accommodate your needs.
