Training Needs Analysis
We understand that simply going on training courses is not the entire solution. Often people are unsure what training they need, why the training which has been invested in isn’t working or they might simply need assistance with software upgrades or the implementation of new ways of working.
Training should be driven by the needs of the organisation, rather than on the whim of an employee or a manager. It should be focused on enabling the business to achieve its goals and needs to be carefully planned rather than reactive.
Employees need to have a clear understanding of their capabilities, their deficiencies, the organisation’s goals and what their personal and departmental roles are in achieving these goals, in order to be able to accurately assess their training requirements. This is where we can help.
Quanta’s Training Needs Analysis (TNA) programme provides an objective and detailed view of your department’s training needs, identifying and agreeing defined skill levels for specific job roles. Ensuring that people have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet what is expected of them and set out in the business requirements and goals of your organisation.
