Who is this course for
Managers, team leaders and team members who need to improve their communication skills
Purpose of the course
A 2 day course exploring effective communication when dealing with others, whether you are managing people, running a project, a meeting or working as part of a team. The course will consist of input from the facilitator referencing respected models and theories and also allow plenty of time for delegates to practise their communication skills in activities and simulations, and then reflect on their experiences.
You will learn how to
