Purpose of the course
The Better Business Cases course will help individuals to understand the philosophy of the Five Case Model best practice approach to business case development.
The APMG-accredited course will delve into the tools and techniques to use in your organisation to increase the chances of launching successful change initiatives that deliver the desired benefits to cost within your organisation.
