A lightweight introduction to Agile ways of working

This seminar covers what Agile is at an overview level, how it differs from plan-driven project management methodologies and what the benefits are of adopting this lighter, more flexible approach to managing work. Though the content is 'vanilla', specific flavours of Agile, such as Scrum and DSDM will be highlighted, along with a discussion of their relative merits.
