Who is this course for
Anyone who is in or is affected by an Agile team. No technical knowledge is necessary and neither is any prior exposure to other project management frameworks. We frequently deliver this course to whole departments, divisions or companies to ensure organisational alignment.

This course will benefit teams looking to begin utilising Agile. It will also be of interest to business executives who need to understand how Agile can add value to their business and to stakeholders who need to understand their important role within Agile.
