We deliver a comprehensive portfolio of accredited Project and Programme Management and technical IT (i.e. we deliver CompTIA Security+ at the defence procurement organisation), and experiential learning solutions to support capability development across both organisations, including:

• PPM qualifications and frameworks: Management of Portfolios (MoP®), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®), Management of Risk (MoR®), Managing Benefits, Change Management, Earned Value Management, and the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
• Experiential learning: We deliver experiential business simulations to address specific operational challenges. Within the defence procurement organisation, we use Heist! The Ultimate Team Collaboration Game to strengthen collaboration, communication, and team integration during organisational restructuring. Within the major UK Armed Forces organisation, we deliver Project Phoenix, enabling project managers to develop practical project delivery skills in a safe, simulated environment before applying them to live defence projects.

Innovations/new practices: Through our work with both organisations, we identified experiential learning as a highly effective way of embedding knowledge and developing practical capability. This led to the introduction of our business simulations, including Heist! The Ultimate Team Collaboration Game at the defence procurement organisation and Project Phoenix at the major UK Armed Forces organisation, providing delegates with engaging, hands-on learning experiences that reinforce key project delivery concepts in realistic scenarios. We also contextualise all training to reflect the defence environment, incorporating relevant examples, challenges, and case studies that enable learners to apply theory directly to their roles and the complex projects they support.
