Set in the year 2187 on a politically and environmentally unstable Mars, Red Horizon immerses participants in a high-stakes, story-driven simulation where they must lead bold transformational change. Faced with fractured alliances, technical challenges, and planetary unrest, participants work collaboratively to unite stakeholders, overcome resistance, and secure the future of humanity. This experiential learning activity brings the principles of change leadership vividly to life, offering hands-on practice with proven tools and techniques that can be directly applied to real-world transformation projects and programmes.
