The purpose of this course is to bridge existing ITIL knowledge into the ITIL Version 5 framework, enabling professionals to operate confidently across digital products, services, experience, and transformation. It prepares learners for the ITIL Managing Professional Transition exam while equipping them to lead complex, value‑driven change in modern, AI‑influenced service environments.

Additional Exam Information
There are 2 exams associated with this course: ITIL Version 5 Transformation and the ITIL Version 5 Transition exam. Both exams are open book exams.Please note that regardless of how you sit the course the exam element will be hosted online.
Pre-Coursework
The pre-course reading for the ITIL Transition (version 5) is significantly more due to the scope and volume of material covered within this course, as ‘Transformation’ is also a required exam it is particularly important that this is done.
