Purpose of the course

The purpose of this course is to enable learners to understand and apply ITIL® Strategy (Version 5) principles and practices to design, implement, and adapt effective strategies for digital products and services. The course also prepares candidates for the official ITIL® Strategy (Version 5) certification exam and supports progression toward ITIL® Strategic Leader designation.
