Communication is a key success factor in any organisation.  Communication is simply the activity of conveying information.  Simple right?  However when it comes to effective communication, there are barriers that every individual and organisation faces.  People often feel that communication is as easy and simple as it sounds.  To some extents this is true but what makes it complex, difficult and frustrating are the barriers that get in its way.  This course will give you the skill and ability to pre-empt, eliminate or get over and around those barriers.

Purpose of the course

A 2 day course exploring effective communication when dealing with others, whether you are managing people, running a project, a meeting or working as part of a team. The course will consist of input from the facilitator referencing respected models and theories and also allow plenty of time for delegates to practise their communication skills in activities and simulations, and then reflect on their experiences.
