Purpose of this course

This course will give you the skills you need to install and manage a Microsoft Windows 10 environment. As well as teaching you how to troubleshoot, give support to end users and configure and maintain Windows 10 as part of a corporate network.

Who is this course for

The course is aimed at IT professionals who have little or no experience of Windows and IT Support Staff who need to configure maintain and troubleshoot Windows 10 in an organisational network.

Prerequisites

Delegates should have good familiarity with previous versions of Windows in an organisations network environment.  For delegates new to IT support, we recommend a CompTIA A+ course.

About the Lead Trainer

Hamish has been training IT systems for many years and has seen MS Windows develop through all of its various versions. He can even remember some of the earlier ones! Whilst Hamish is not training for Quanta you will find him in a field somewhere, surrounded by members of the Scouts camping, climbing or playing with fire or during the run up to Christmas you will find him acting as Rudolph whilst pulling Santa on his Sleigh for the local Lions Club collecting for many local charities.
