Who is this course for

This course will be of use to Product Owners, business analysts, development teams and end users - in fact anyone who is involved in creating product in an Agile environment.

Purpose of the course

User Stories look deceptively simple, but using them effectively takes more than just sitting down with a customer and a Post-It note. This course will arm you with a host of practical skills to write effective User Stories, set acceptance criteria against them and build them into a comprehensive, readily understandable map of functionality.

You will learn how to


  • Deliver efficient and effective support in the Service Desk environment
