Q – I want to bundle courses together but I can’t see the courses I want in the ELC bundles below, what can I do?
A – Simply give one of our ELC Advisors a call on 0800 018 3975 or fill out our Forces Contact form and we will be able to help you to build a custom Course Bundle reflective of your needs.
Q – Why should I pick Quanta as my training or resettlement company?
A – We prefer to see ourselves as your training and/or resettlement partner giving you the best possible start to a successful future.
Q - What happens if I need to cancel or change the date of my course?
A - Please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a variety of dates and locations so will try to accommodate moving course dates where possible. Please note if you cancel within 10 working days of the course start date you will still be charged for the course in full. If you cancel 11 - 20 working days before the course you will be charged 40% of the course fee. Cancelling greater than 20 working days before the course incurs no fee.
Q - How do I apply for my Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC)?
A - Contact your education or learning centre staff & they will explain the procedure.
Q - Who do I give my application to once completed?
A - Each circumstance is different so please contact your education or learning centre and they will be able to advise you.
Q - Who should I contact if I have left the services?
A - Claimants no longer in service will need to get in touch with their Single Service Representative in place of the education or learning centre. These details are as follows:

Q - When does Quanta need the delegate contribution and the Claim Authorisation Notes form (CAN)?
A - Quanta must receive the CAN form and the delegate contribution 4 weeks before the start of the course. This should be sent to our usual address: Quanta, 8-10 the Moors, Worcester WR1 3EE.
Q - How do I pay my delegate contribution?
A - Payments can be made by debit/credit card (we do not accept American Express currently) by contacting Hannah on 0800 018 3975 with your details. Alternatively you can pay by cheque made payable to Quanta Training Ltd and sent to our usual address: Quanta, 8-10 the Moors, Worcester WR1 3EE.
Q - When will I receive any pre course reading?
A - Most courses now have online pre-course materials through our Quanta Learn portal. Login details will be emailed to you on completion of your booking. Some courses will also send you a book 3 to 4 weeks prior to the start of the course before the course. If you require it any sooner please let us know and we will try and accommodate your needs.

A - It depends on which course you are on but on average they will be as follows:
