You will learn how to manage Windows day-to-day including, Apps, and Internet Explorer 11. The course covers installing, configuring, managing, and maintaining Windows client computers on desktop hardware. This course is similar to MOC course 20697-1A and may require out of house reading of some content.

Purpose of this course

This course will give you the skills you need to install and manage a Microsoft Windows 10 environment. As well as teaching you how to troubleshoot, give support to end users and configure and maintain Windows 10 as part of a corporate network.

About the Lead Trainer

Martin is a Systems trainer specialising mostly in Microsoft products, with over 20 years’ experience in training, contracting and managing networks.
