The CompTIA A+ certification is the industry standard for computer support technicians. The international, vendor-neutral certification which proves competence in areas such as installation, preventative maintenance, networking, security and troubleshooting. This course will prepare delegates for the CompTIA A+ exam, which they can take at their leisure.
This course is run as a fast track over 5 days, concentrating on the conceptual and practical aspects of both CompTIA A+ 220-901 and 220-902. Please note: Additional home study will be required for those wishing to sit the CompTIA A+ exams.

This is an entry level IT course. Delegates should have some experience of using a PC. Disk navigation using Explorer and general desktop use would also be beneficial.
There is no pre-course work required, but further reading during and/or after the course will be beneficial for those wishing to sit the CompTIA A+ exams.
Exams are entirely optional, vouchers are available to purchase when booking your course.
As this is a Fast Track course, additional home study of at least 25-30 hours will be required for learning additional content, such as printer device operation and hardware specifications from the provided courseware.
