* Terms and Conditions. The delegate must have completed all of their pre-course work, attended all whole delivery days and taken their first exam directly after their classroom training. If the delegate fails this exam and meets the criteria, the delegate is eligible to take a free exam re-sit within 1 month of the original training date. Re-sits will be via web-proctoring. The delegate can take a maximum of 2 free re-sits. MALC delegates must have successfully completed at least 1 Intermediate ITIL module with Quanta and have a minimum of 14 points including Foundation and either Service Offerings and Agreements or Service Strategy as part of that minimum, to be eligible for a MALC exam re-sit. The ITIL guaranteed pass scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. ITIL courses need to be booked by 22nd December 2017 to receive offer.
