Moving from a traditional organisational model to a DevOps model requires tranformational change of IT. Be that change and sustain it to deliver enhanced value to the business by being a DevOps Leader - explore what that means and how to achieve it.

The DevOps Leadership course provides a solid grounding in the principles, behaviours and tools that can be used to deliver transformation change using the DevOps 'Full Stack' of Culture, Practices and Automation.

It covers the 'Full Stack' of Culture, Practices and Automation as seen and used in the '20/20' model. Well established change models from the likes of Lewin and Kotter are applied to allow practitioners to achieve transformational change.
