A Consultative Approach

When we speak to our customers, one message rings loud and clear; our customers choose Quanta because of our consultative approach to training. Flexibility is not something we pay lip service to. Flexible and bespoke training is at the heart of our core offering; we are not in the market to stack courses high, sell cheap and effectively ‘sheep dip’ delegates through exams. Identification of training needs commences right at the beginning of the relationship between Quanta and the customer – sometimes months before the training courses are delivered. In each product area, your account manager will include our subject matter experts so that you are getting detailed, bespoke knowledge right at the foundation of your plans.
