Get your exam results in less than a week!

Back in January, we announced that the time to wait for ITIL® exam results is now four working days or fewer. We're adding many more exams to this list which means that if you're in search of a certification, you'll get your result within a week of sitting the exam.

We're adding PRINCE2® (Project management), PRINCE2 Agile, M_o_R® (Risk management) and  MSP® (Programme management) as well as Resilia at the beginning of August.

In the past, candidates have had to wait for 2-4 weeks but now many of our delegates are benefitting from the shorter turnaround thanks to our new partnership with the exam institute PEOPLECERT.

Exams are stressful enough without having to wait what seems like an age for the results. "The wait between finishing the exam and finding out how I scored used to take a nerve wracking few weeks!" says ITIL® candidate Richard Parsons from Open GI. "That's not the case with PEOPLECERT; I sat the exam on Friday afternoon and had my preliminary results through on Monday morning. I was able to view exactly how I scored and download my certificate using the candidate portal the following day. This has allowed me to start the process of signing off my next course sooner rather than having to wait up to 3 weeks to see if I had passed the exam or not."

"Delegates are hugely enthusiastic when we tell them what they can now expect from the new exam institute and the rapid turnaround of their results." says Adam White-Bower, ITIL® trainer at Quanta.

"The speed of turning round results is only one aspect which has improved. Delegates will also now have a much improved service if they have taken pre-requisite exams with other exam institutes such as BCS, Exin or APMG. Simply scanning and uploading their certificates or digital copies will allow them to sit all future exams that require the qualification, no further questions asked or additional hassle.”
