Quanta Trainers

The majority of our training is developed and delivered by our own in-house team of trainers. This allows us to be incredibly flexible in our offering (see our blog about tailoring courses to your need) and enables us to ensure that the training that you are getting has great content and is delivered effectively.

Tailoring to your need

How often, when shopping for perhaps a laptop or a piece of furniture, do you find the perfect product straight off the shelf? The same can be said of training – often when choosing a course to skill up your team, you look at the off the shelf options and think… my team know half of that course and half of that course… wouldn’t it be perfect if we could combine the two courses into one, relevant and cost effective course?

Real World Examples

At Quanta, we believe that training should not be straight out of a textbook or staring blankly at a PowerPoint presentation. The majority of our trainers have real world experience of living and breathing the product that they are training. Our trainers are not just trainers – they also do a lot of consultative work with our customers and so have been heavily involved in applying their knowledge to live environments. It is not uncommon to see Howie sit in a scrum stand-up with one of our customers or to see Jason working with a customer to migrate to Office 365.

Pre Course Work and Exam(s) included

Quanta are here to make your training journey as enjoyable and slick as possible. For many of our courses, we have dedicated courses setup in our online Moodle Platform, Quanta Learn, which contains past exam papers, quizzes and useful resources specific to the course you are attending. Asking delegates to do this learning before the course enables us to make the course as consultative and engaging as we can – the trainer can spend more time exploring and discussing ideas rather than simply reading through a textbook in front of a class of delegates.

Free Post Course Support

How many times have you sat on a course, a lecture or a seminar and then gone back to work and found that you have forgotten to take a note of that point which the trainer made on the 2nd day of the course which was vital to a project you are working on? Or, where you have started implementing a new methodology but have hit a stumbling point and you need some advice on how to overcome the hurdle?

On-Site Kit Delivery and Setup

Here at Quanta, we believe that technical training should be practical – we teach people how to put their skills to use in the Real World rather than just to pass an exam. In light of this, each delegate has their own workstation for the course that they can tinker with as they please (within reason!). Within this sandbox environment, delegates can try out the things that they want to do in a live environment safe in the knowledge that any problems encountered can be addressed by the trainer.

5.4/6 Customer Satisfaction

We view customer service as critical to the survival of our business. Since 1991, we have seen competitors come and go; some large, some small. We all know that the training market is extremely competitive but we have steadfastly held onto an important, often forgotten by others, key objective – to provide training that matters – that REALLY matters – that enables delegates to go back to their place of work with new skills that they can actually embed into their business. These delegates are satisfied because they feel that they have truly learnt.

A Consultative Approach

When we speak to our customers, one message rings loud and clear; our customers choose Quanta because of our consultative approach to training. Flexibility is not something we pay lip service to. Flexible and bespoke training is at the heart of our core offering; we are not in the market to stack courses high, sell cheap and effectively ‘sheep dip’ delegates through exams.

From Building Bridges to Building Code - My Quanta Journey

Coming out of University I had no idea what career path I wanted to follow – the only thing I was sure of was that I did not want to pursue a career in my completed degree (Civil Engineering)! After a few fortunate events, I found myself in a position where I was working in a great training company with a huge range of courses on offer.
