You’re ready to book some training for yourself or people in your organisation. You’ve done your research and can see that most organisations are competitively priced with variances in the level of service you can expect from different companies. So why should you choose Quanta to deliver your projects and programme training or your management development training for example?
Here are 9 things that our customers tell us are important to them and that we are confident in delivering each and every time we train.
1. Passionate Trainers
We have 10 full time employed Trainers who are bordering on obsession with what they do. You won’t see Howie without a pack of post-it-notes in his pocket (yes, even when he’s in the pub), Tim oozes energy that’s contagious and Trainer/in-house thespian, Toby promises not to sing.
All training is assessed at the end of each course and it’s our Trainers that consistently get the highest marks. You or your colleagues are sure to be engaged throughout their learning with Quanta.
2. Public and Private sector training
Project, IT and management development training in different sectors can have different challenges. The Quanta account management team is split into Public and Private Sector teams; so whether you are part of the NHS, a council or government establishment on one hand, or a private business within manufacturing, engineering or universities on the other; you can be safe in the knowledge that your account team will be speaking your language and able to share meaningful insight.
3. Course feedback
Every delegate completes a ‘post course feedback form’ that is automatically sent to them from our delegate booking system after their course. We can relay course feedback to you after each course completion and can provide aggregated reporting at agreed intervals. We’re delighted to report that our current customer satisfaction score for the past 12 months is 5.4 out of 6 across all course groups.
4. Quantity of Courses
If you are looking for training courses in Projects and Programme Management, IT Service Management, Technical IT or Management Development, Quanta has a host of accredited courses that are up to date and internationally recognised.
5. Consultancy and Bespoke Courses
Customers like Jaguar Land Rover and the MOD come to Quanta because we are flexible in our approach. We know that off the shelf courses aren’t right for everyone. Regardless of the size of your business, if you are unsure of what your business needs, or you need help with embedding a new process or you’d like a course that reflects your own internal templates; Quanta can develop courses to your particular needs. 6. Training Days
Plan your training for the year whilst remaining flexible by purchasing a pot of "Training Days" which are valid for 12 months and can be used on any of our scheduled training courses. On average, customers save over 20% on RRP and also benefit from our second chance scheme - if in the unlikely circumstance that you fail an exam, you may attend the course again for free and just pay for the Exam Fee.
Worcester Training Centre is just 10 minutes off junction 6 or 7 of the M5. Or, if you don’t want to come to us then we’ll come to you with a course that’s delivered on your premises.
8. Quanta Staff
Quanta wouldn’t be the same without its team of head office staff. Behind the scenes there is a team of people that work hard to make your training straight forward. Booking, invoicing and helping you get the right people to the right place is all conducted seamlessly. And, if you need to speak to someone or need to make a change, then you’re one call away from a team member who will sort it out. No problem.
Quanta started in 1991 as a technical training company in Worcester, focusing primarily on UNIX systems, employing just one person, based above a launderette. Nowadays we have long outgrown the launderette and are now based in a grade two listed building with dedicated training centre in the heart of Worcester, just next to the racecourse. We have always kept the family values that Quanta started with throughout this growth. Julian and Jane Ward have been with the company since its inception and continue to lead the company today.
We are now focusing on providing a total training solution for our customers, enabling them to achieve success in their projects, departments and organisations as well as providing a rewarding, happy and fulfilling workplace for our employees.
