To ensure that we can service and consult with our customers most effectively, our Account Management team specialises in one of two areas - Public or Private Sector. This enables them to gain significant experience and knowledge within each sector which allows them to:
- Fully understand how respective industries operate to understand the true challenges that companies within that industry face
- Communicate more effectively - having experience working in these industries allows our specialist account managers to speak the same language as our customers
- Understand processes - The different sectors use different frameworks and procurement systems - our account management team works alongside our dedicated Contracts team to make your journey as pain-free and simple as possible
As a company, we aim to provide the most effective training programme as possible often creating bespoke training for our customers which starts at Training Needs Analysis all the way through to classroom teaching, coaching and consultancy. Separating our account management team like this enables our team to have a high level of understanding of the challenges that companies face.
