Visual Studio

Visual Studio .NET is a set of development tools for building various types of applications. Because Visual Studio contains a number of different programming languages in the same package (VB .Net, C++ .Net, Visual C# .Net, J# .Net) they all share the same integrated development environment. This means a developer can use a number of languages to achieve their goal, and because they all share tools and facilities it allows the developer to switch between languages with ease.
