What is a team health check?

The team health check gives you a snapshot of the performance of a team... think of it as 360 degree feedback for the team.

New Course: MoP has now been added to our Project and Programme Management Portfolio.

For some time focus of businesses has been on the effective delivery of change. Often delivered using trusted project and programme frameworks, such as PRINCE2®or MSP®. Very rarely do we think - Are we investing in the right change initiatives? Recently Portfolio Management has emerged as a way of ensuring the correct priority and balance is applied to business change initiatives.

SQL Server has been refreshed

2012 has arrived at Quanta

Our Technical IT portfolio has been transported into 2012 , with many exciting updates and even some brand new courses. SQL Server, Windows Server and Visual Studio all have been overhauled and have even more to offer.

Principles of Change Management has changed!

Our Principles of Change Management course has changed its name to Change Management Foundation.  This change of name reflects the expansion of our course portfolio to now also include the APMG Change Management Practitioner certificate.

APMP qualification can earn Project Managers an extra £10k per annum

We often get asked about which Project Management route is best, APMP or PRINCE2®.  Tim O'Connor has explored this question previous in his news article APMP vs. PRINCE2 and our advice is the ultimate project management toolkit is always a blended approach of both.  Now the APM along with Arras People have unearthed some interesting findings to add fuel to, what I am sure is and always will be an ongoing debate.  here is the APM article:
