Quanta ITIL® Intermediate pass rates over 10% higher than national average!!

We have just received the latest set of results from ISEB relating to the ITIL^® intermediate modules running in Q4 of 2009.  We had the following courses running in this period:

• Service Tranisition
• Service Operation
• Service Offerings and Agreements
• Release, Control & Validation
• Planning, Protection and Optimization
• Operational Support & Analysis

A few quick sums later and we are pleased to announce that our pass rates are over 10% higher than the National Average!

      National Average for Q4 2009 on the above modules = 73.94%

      Quanta Average Pass Rate for the same = 86.33%

A big well done to our delegates for putting in the hard work required to achieve this and of course our trainers for making us proud yet again!
