• ITIL Service Capability Planning Protection & Optimisation
• ITIL Service Capability Release Control & Validation
• ITIL Service Capability Service Offerings & Agreements
• ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle
• ISEB Foundation Certificate in Project Management

Then please ensure that you give us your correct email address and write it legibly on your registration form, which we provide as part of your course manual.

By doing so you will receive an e-mail from ISEB advising that your results are available to view online; this will be the same day as ATO’s receive their results!

You will still receive your results letter that is currently sent to you but with the recent “fun and games” with the postal service, I feel that email maybe more reliable and there is no denying it will be quicker!
