"I chose Quanta as a resettlement training provider because of their very competitive pricing and the ability to bundle related courses together. When I arrived at the Quanta college to undertake the first course of the bundle, I quickly realised that I had made the right choice. The welcome was warm and genuine, the administrative aspects were quick and simple to complete, and the teaching was well focussed and professionally delivered. The broad mix of students, civilian and Service, with varying experience levels, made for a relaxed and pleasant interactive learning experience. Having personally managed projects and programmes for some years, it was extremely helpful to me to hear of the challenges faced by project team members from other backgrounds. Hopefully, the same was true in reverse! I can see that student weight gain could be an issue with tea, coffee, bottled water, toast, fresh fruit, biscuits and sweets on-tap throughout the working day. Lunch is taken with course mates in an excellent bistro around the corner from Quanta, giving the opportunity to discuss the morning’s teaching away from the college. In my opinion, Quanta is truly the gold-standard of training providers and I certainly plan to use them again in the future."

"I have just completed the Prince 2 F&P course where I had the good fortune to be taught by Tim Finch.  I have been an instructor for over 20 years and I am currently OC Training for the Special Forces Chinook Sqn where I am responsible for all training conducted on the Wing.  Consequently, I have  great deal of instructor experience and, more importantly, I monitor my instructors very carefully to ensure they provide a consistent and high quality performance so I know a good instructor when I see one and my standards are incredibly high.

This last week has been exceptionally demanding due mainly the amount of work required to achieve the end of course standard; I'm knackered!  But it would have been considerably more demanding where it not for the efforts of Tim.  He taught with an enthusiasm that was infectious and managed to make a particularly dry subject so enjoyable.  His subject knowledge bordered on encyclopaedic yet he had a level of empathy that enabled him to deliver his point in an articulate and concise manner.  He made time for every single course member and delivered the subject in the most professional of standards. He's also a great guy and the only shame is that the workload was such that we didn't get the chance to take him for a beer or 2 one evening.

I hope you don't mind me leaving this informal feedback.  I know how important feedback is to your company and I have to say that I have been utterly impressed with everything your company has done.  But I feel that Tim needs a special mention as I believe that he is a quality individual and an exceptional instructor and I just wanted you to be aware of the views of a very happy customer."
