Our Foundation course is now becoming extremely popular within resettlement, and is a great place to start understanding the key elements of IT service management within the workplace.

Our ITIL bundles breakdown into year one and year two as outlined below:

Year One

Our ITIL Foundation course allows service leavers to gain a good grounding in the key concept, terminology and processes of ITIL. From this, you can go down two routes: Lifecycle and/or Capability.

Both bundles represent the opportunity for resettlers to really get to grips with ITIL, assessing an individuals ability to analyse and apply the concepts learnt during the Foundation course. Whilst the Lifecycle modules look at specific management techniques such as Strategy and Design, the Capability modules are more focused around job roles.

Year Two

Our Year Two ITIL Course Bundles allow you to build on the knowledge already learnt in our Foundation bundles, taking the rest of the modules (either 2 capability modules or 1 lifecycle module) that are required before sitting the Managing Across The Lifecycle course, which ties up the different phases of the lifecycle, and looking at how they impact on each other.  Once complete you will be able to call yourself an ITIL Expert
