Julian Ward
Managing Director

Julian has been a director of Quanta since it’s inception and as Managing Director continued to grow and guide the company foward ever since.

When he’s not working he can be seen as blur cycling the backroads of Worcestershire or sailing the high seas. In the 2003 Fastnet race, Julian’s boat was the quickest amateur entry.

Jane Ward
Director

Jane was one of the original directors of Quanta Training when it was founded in 1991.  Now she is responsible for personnel and recruitment matters and when not at work she can be seen (through the undergrowth) fighting back the weeds in her garden or pruning her roses...

Chris Jones
Marketing Manager

Responsible for everything "Marketing" in Quanta, Chris is always busy producing new collateral, sending email campaigns, social networking, producing customer reports and developing business intelligence initiatives for the sales guys - the list literally does go on and on.

When not at work volleyball seems to consume most of his time, playing in the National League for Warwick Riga, being a qualified referee and  training as an National Technical Officer (NTO) for the London 2012 Olympics.

Marion is the "face of Quanta" and her bright smile and welcoming nature guarantees to put everyone at ease upon arrival here at Quanta, as evident by her shelf full of thank-you cards received from delegates in the past.

As the focal contact point for all customers, Marion looks after the reception area, attending to providing refreshments and organising lunches, coordinating supplies in training rooms and post-course certificates, as well as customer service issues - answering any questions customers may have whilst attending courses in Worcester.

When not thinking about work Marion loves to go on exotic holiday's and is always planning her next far flung trip away - got to keep that tan topped up somehow.
